Shipping policy

Processing times:

  • Orders ship within 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Delivery estimates:

  • Standard (USPS First Class/UPS SurePost): 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited (UPS 2nd Day Air/USPS Priority): 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight: 1 business day (order by 12:00 PM ET).

Shipping fees:

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $[threshold].

Order tracking:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping destinations:

  • United States only (including PO boxes/APO/FPO if applicable).
  • We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery issues:

  • Marked as delivered but not received: Please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If unresolved after 72 hours, email support@[yourdomain].com.
  • Lost or damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update; include your order number and photos for damage claims.

Address accuracy:

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We’re not liable for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly. If the package returns to us, we can reship for an additional shipping fee.
